Collin Dlayani Hoveni

Founder & Managing Director
B.A PEAD (UNIN), Business Logistics Management (Unisa), Certificate in Road Transport (RAU). Collin Hoveni is the founder member and the managing director of the company. He started his professional career as a teacher in 1993. He then resigned to take up a more challenging job in the transport industry and construction. He is currently involved in various construction projects of this organization. Among his duties is to source new business and maintain good relationships with current clients.

Ronald Sayi

Senior Project Manager
A seasoned player and team leader in the project management field with many years of experience in this sector. He is backed by an industrial electronics background majoring in Instrumentation and control systems. Ronald has been formally evaluated for demonstrated knowledge, skill and understanding of the processes and terminology needed for effective project management and was bestowed the global credential: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), identified by CAPM Number: 1870314 by the Project Management Institute.

In his journey he has successfully managed projects for a company growing from CIDB grade 1 to grade 6 across the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, General Building and Civil Engineering. This has fully equipped him with the full armour needed to resolve most limiting factors and problems in the project management sector. Ronald has managed the following types of projects to date in his career:

Isaac Shivambu

Quantity Surveyor
Isaac Shivambu is a qualified Quantity Surveyor holding a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying. He brings a strong combination of technical expertise and practical experience across a diverse range of construction projects.

In his role as a Quantity Surveyor, Isaac is responsible for cost planning and control, preparation of bills of quantities, measurement and valuation of works, procurement and subcontractor management, and the administration of contracts. He is also experienced in preparing and evaluating payment certificates, managing variations, cost reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Isaac has worked on a wide spectrum of projects, including civil engineering works, building developments, as well as residential and commercial projects. His well-rounded experience enables him to effectively contribute to project success from inception through to completion.

Matimu Mongwe

Accounts & Finance
Matimu Mongwe is responsible for processing tax invoices received from the Quantity Surveyor for different project sites. He checks outstanding invoices, captures them before payment, and compiles cost reports. He also manages payroll, captures data on Pastel, oversees petty cash, and makes bookings to the Soil Testing Laboratory for projects and reconciliation statements.

Kopano Mabaso

Office Administrator
Kopano Mabaso is involved in running the business daily. Her responsibilities include answering calls, communicating with clients, follow-ups, and reporting on project-related activities. She also handles the sourcing and completion of tender documents, ensuring smooth administrative operations across the organisation.
